Abstract: Resilience is an emergent property of a system. This presentation will look at what is this property, resilience, means to OT systems. Because we use operational controls to manage security, which is also an emergent property, we are using controls to manage resiliency. This research effort looks at the security objectives of an OT system, how resiliency plays a role and how through operational controls we can manipulate this to reduce system risk.
